Review of Super Size Me Documentary by Morgan Spurlock

Morgan Spurlock chose to make this narrative to research the junk food organizations, and the impacts of certain cheap food chains items, especially McDonald’s, for the sake of society. This documentary investigates the United States developing diabetes and diseases. Morgan chooses to eat only McDonald’s food for thirty days. He should eat one of everything on the menu at any rate once, and when asked to supersize his dinner he should do as such. Another condition of Morgan’s trial is that he can just make 5, 000 steps every day to duplicate the activity that most normal Americans get once a day.

I agree with the documentary Morgan decides to make. He awakes the effects of eating fast food regularly. He gives information by using phrases such as “you” a lot to make the viewer feel like he is addressing his or her attention which is a strong way to connect with the audience and to grab their attention. He catches many diseases in the first few weeks by eating fast food daily. He has a high cholesterol and has liver problems. He had resting issues and had difficulty to breathe properly. He was feeling tired and drained each and every day. That demonstrates the effects of eating fast foods consistently in the second week.

This documentary may make some people irritated or offended in many ways. This documentary is not attempting to offend anybody He is trying to spread awareness throughout the documentary. It isn’t necessary to be fat to get diseases or be unhealthy. He is helping the public of America. He wants everyone to be healthy and choose to eat healthy food. There is no problem eating fast food. Keep it a minimum. In many cases it’s not even our society’s fault, all the advertisements and commercials make our society eat food without realizing what the cons are.

Overall, I think Morgan Spurlock’s documentary is very clear in revealing the dangers of eating fast food. On the other hand, there are few things in Morgans investigation that I thought was extreme and inaccurate. I think that if a person eats a certain type of food, not only fast food but any type of food for 30 days, they will eventually get sick. Rhere is a certain amount of food that is good for your body, even if it’s not fast food. It’s okay to eat at a fast food restaurant, once a week would certainly be occasionally. He plays a significant role for the benefits of the society. I hope the society can learn something from this documentary.
